Ok so I just got offered Williams, I know he is a 4-3 DE and am wondering how he'd do in a 3-4 system? Would it really matter that much in Madden?

his zone rating is 55 wich is pretty good for a DE, i wouldnt have a problem using him in a 3-4, but you wouldnt be using that 88 power moves rating or that 95 finess moves rating if your droppin him in coverage so i would deffinetly bring the heat with him.

Even thou most 3-4's use power lineman. I like to put at least one finesse player on the d-line.

I've got 2 finesse.. 1 power. Well Mario is a bit of both actually.

DE Mario Williams
NT Sedrick Ellis
DE Trevor Scott

Ellis is a more of a DE in a 3-4. Most DT's in a 3-4 have a lot of strength. You can always find a good DT with over 90 strength.

I do have a 79 ovr DT with 97 hit power and 90 strength, might put him at DT and replace Scott with Ellis.

Yea, make him a LB, and blitz him 70% of the time. He's raw as a LB and can come through untouched without using a nano.

In real life he plays 43 DE. But i think he can also play 34 DE. Can he ply 43 OLB lol?? Because usually a 34 LB is comparable to a 43 DE.
