i was wondering if any one can help with my run defense, i cant seem to stop the run any ideas would be helpful.

What type of run we talking about?

yeah, for help we need to know what kind of runs are giving you trouble. tosses can be countered by outside blitzes. inside runs can be beaten by middle blitzes. the more specific you are, the better help you will get.

this guy romped me with outside tosses using ny, using the wash pb. it was outta the formation (cant remember the name) where the rb is directly behind the qb and the fb is right next to the rb. he would motion his fb to the te side and have blockers all the way. he mixed this with the other 2 plays out of that formation. i know cuz i went to that pb to see what he was running. and when i would run outside lb and cb blitzes, he would run inside. sucked cuz he was always one step ahead of me.. lol. i kept up offensively but in the end he prevailed. wish i knew what d to call.

believe it or not, Dollar works very good against tosses, just show a blitz that way you have alot of speed on the field and try to move your line to the side you think he is going to blitz. if this doesn't work then just blitz a few inside corners it should stop him.
